Delegates attending the Conference are requested to arrive on Thursday 26 August 2010, to enable them to register in time for the event. Parking
Limited parking is available at the HSRC at no cost to attendees with own transport. Alternately HSRC Security will direct delegates to the nearby parkade. Venues
The opening dinner will be launched on Thursday evening, 26 August 2010 at Freedom Park by the Deputy President of South Africa Kgalema P Motlanthe. The conference and dinners on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 August 2010, will be held in the Conference Centre of the HSRC . The keynote address at the concluding dinner will be delivered by Minister of Science and Technology Naledi Pandor. Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent to the organisers in writing before 8 August 2010. Letters of invitation
Letters of invitation are non-transferable, and will only be issued by the organisers on those terms, unless the Conference Co-ordinating Committee decides otherwise. Terms & conditions
The Conference organisers and their subcontractors do not accept responsibility for damage and/or loss of any kind which may be incurred by Conference attendees or any persons accompanying them.
