Creative solutions for policy implementation

What we do

The Policy Analysis Unit (PAU) was established in September 2006 through funding from the National Department of Science & Technology. It facilitates the generation of policy recommendations based on research evidence and policy dialogues, in five priority policy areas:

  • poverty reduction
  • employment
  • quality education
  • HIV and AIDS
  • service delivery.

PAU works in the area of getting research into policy and practice. For more information, please go to our GRIPP page.
