A public conversation in partnership with the University of the Western Cape

Date:   Monday 26 March 2018

South Africa stands at the threshold of a new era of revitalisation, with a renewed commitment to tackle the intractable problems of poverty, inequality, racism and social mistrust. As part of its strategic focus the HSRC has embarked on three priority research projects that would benefit from deeper engagement with academic, government and civil society stakeholders.

These projects are:

  1. Multidimensional wellbeing in a racialised but changing society.
  2. Governing for transformation and social justice.
  3. City-Regions as drivers of inclusive development.

You are invited to participate in this conversation that includes time for selective presentations and detailed consultations aimed at improving people’s lives.
