Wgae talks in the car manufacturing sector and with industrial giants Samancor, BHP Billiton and Eskom are what the National Union of Metalworkers of SA (Numsa) has to grapple with in coming months.

The union will have to work hard to ensure that it is not distracted from securing an improved wage deal for its members.
