IEC out to teach value of your vote

First-time voters will not be the only group the Independent Electoral Commission tries to convince to register before next year’s elections.
IEC Gauteng provincial elections officer Masego Sheburi said people who are already on the voters list but are unhappy with service delivery also need encouraging.
