The government must stop dithering and deal decisively with corruption

One wonders whether many presidents would have survived the return of 13 soldiers in coffins after what seems like an ill thought-through foreign policy jamboree by the SANDF in the Central African Republic (CAR).

Yet President Jacob Zuma, the “teflon man”, survives repeatedly, protected by his party. We seem nowhere nearer to the truth than when the news broke of our compatriots dying in far-off Bangui.
