Abstract

The objectives of this evaluation was to evaluate the relevance, impact, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the HEAIDS FTF campaign using a quantitative Value for Money (VfM) assessment approach and a qualitative assessment using Focus Group Discussions and Key Informant Interviews.
