Mr Krish Chetty

Mr Krish Chetty is a Chief Research at the Human Sciences Research Council. He holds an BCOM Hons in Information System Technology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (2004), and obtained a BSC in Information Technology from the University of Natal (2003).

Before joining the HSRC in September 2014, he was a Business Intelligence Developer at Allan Gray in the retail division. He has also worked in at FNB Corporate as an ETL Architect and at the Financial Fiscal Commission (FFC) as a data warehouse developer.

His areas of research interest include: BRICS-related matters, knowledge management, innovation, data warehouse development and the development of composite indicators.

My Chetty?s publication record includes a Chapter in the FFC?s Technical Report of 2008/9 as well as a co-authored article in Economic Research South Africa. His most recent work focuses on the need for Social Housing in South Africa.
